Overview
The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day management of road construction activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Your role
- Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans and resource allocations.
- Review design documents, technical submissions, and material approvals.
- Oversee roadworks (earthworks, pavement, asphalt, utilities, drainage).
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare project progress reports and manage client communication.
- Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams.
About You
- Bachelor's'in Civil Engineering.
- 12–15 years experience in road/highway project management.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Good understanding of road construction techniques and standards.
