Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution across technology initiatives aligned to strategic business and technology objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models, delivery standards, and executive review processes.
• Translate strategy into integrated roadmaps, measurable outcomes, implementation plans, and value realization approaches.
• Manage interdependencies, resources, delivery priorities, and organizational risks across workstreams.
• Lead stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Finance, and Business organizations.
• Drive benefit realization, adoption tracking, operational readiness, and outcome measurement.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, technical constraints, and competing priorities; facilitate informed trade-off decisions.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for portfolio insights, reporting, forecasting, and executive decision support.
• Report to executives on delivery performance, strategic risks, investment outcomes, and organizational health.

Candidate requirements

• Typically requires 8+ years leading complex technology initiatives, transformations, integrations, modernization efforts, or strategic delivery portfolios.
• Proven experience driving organizational alignment and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, enterprise technology delivery, cloud transformation, and governance frameworks.
• Experience establishing governance models, operating structures, executive reporting, and delivery excellence frameworks.
• Strong prioritization, benefit realization, and stakeholder leadership expertise.
• Advanced Scrum, PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
