Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, facilities, or commercial service operations.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to organize work, manage schedules, and prioritize competing needs.
- Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day operational decisions.
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the facility during the workday.
- Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily janitorial operations for one assigned commercial account.
- Lead, train, coach, and schedule onsite cleaning staff.
- Monitor cleaning quality and ensure services are completed according to client expectations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and address issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client and ABM leadership.
- Track attendance, staffing coverage, supply inventory, and equipment needs.
- Respond to client requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning standards.
- Complete reports, inspections, work orders, and other required documentation.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
- Coordinate special projects, deep cleaning, and additional service needs.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and well-organized work environment.
