Project Manager
- At CLEAR, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of our projects.
- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budgets while coordinating teams and resources effectively.
- **Key Responsibilities:*** Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Lead project teams, coordinating with cross-functional departments including design, engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Manage communication with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and manage expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, milestones, and deliverables to senior management and clients.
- Facilitate project meetings, documentation, and change management processes.
Requirements
- **Educational Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
- **Experience*** Minimum 13 years of project management experience in construction, architecture, or engineering industries.
- Proven track record managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Exposed and with Excellent experience for High Rise Building Project
- **Skills & Competencies*** Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
- PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
