Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
- Minimum of five years of direct construction and/or project management experience.
- Experience in construction or project management on utility scale renewables projects preferred. Relevant experience in large scale construction will also be consideredFamiliarity with health and safety regulations, incident reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically MS Excel and MS Project, construction management software such as Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Ability to read and review technical drawings.
- AutoCAD and GIS knowledge preferable, but not necessary.
- Ability to read and understand contractual documentation and translate to real world scenarios and risks.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports.
- Create and present information to management and external stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with, leverage the expertise of, and influence internal subject matter experts across functions, including project finance, energy offtake, supply chain, and operations and maintenance, while working effectively across diverse reporting structures
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%. International travel to major equipment suppliers, and domestic travel to sites during construction. Additional site visits will be required during critical phases of construction, including project start-up and completion activities.
