Overview
KalSoft is currently looking for an experienced **Project Manager** with strong expertise in **ETL and Data Warehouse solutions** to join our team.
This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid background in delivering complex projects within the **banking and financial services sector**, and are capable of managing end-to-end project lifecycles while ensuring quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Manage ETL processes and Data Warehouse implementations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and optimal performance.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements within the banking domain.
- Maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- **Saudi National (Mandatory)**
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in Project Management
- Prior experience in the **banking or financial services industry (Mandatory)**
- Strong expertise in **ETL processes and Data Warehouse management (Mandatory)**
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
