Project Manager responsible for enterprise GRC solution implementation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on enterprise GRC platforms.
- Link business teams in risk, BCM, cybersecurity, and compliance with technical implementation teams.
- Gather requirements and translate them into platform workflows.
- Manage UAT and sign-off.
- Manage stakeholders and report to senior management.
Experience and Expertise
- 8+ years of overall experience, including at least 3–4 years working with GRC automation platforms.
- Hands-on enterprise GRC project delivery experience with RSA Archer, ServiceNow IRM/GRC, or MetricStream; IBM OpenPages, SAP GRC, and LogicGate are also accepted.
- Understand ERM, BCM, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Good written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; CRISC, CISA, CISM, or ISO 22301/27001 certification is a plus.
- Banking or financial services experience preferred; Gulf or KSA regulatory exposure, including SAMA, NCA, or CBB, is an advantage.
