About This Role
Job Purpose
Plan and execute assigned projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery and successful handover.
Responsibilities
- Develop project charters, integrated plans, and work breakdown structures; maintain approved baselines.
- Build and manage schedules in MS Project/Primavera, track milestones and critical paths.
- Coordinate RFIs/RFQs/RFPs with technical and commercial teams; prepare/support SOW/BoQ and meeting minutes.
- Control scope changes through formal change management; monitor risks/issues and implement mitigations with clear escalation.
- Manage vendors, purchase orders, and deliveries through acceptance and closeout.
- Lead project meetings; document actions and follow through to closure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering cross-functional projects.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with MS Project (or Primavera) and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- PMP certification preferred; PRINCE2 is a plus.
