Role overview

Project delivery

• Lead pre-construction planning, site mobilization, construction execution, and handover of villas, custom homes, or residential houses.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers, using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Buildertrend.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, interior designers, and clients to meet design intent and apply value engineering.
• Manage cost estimation, budgets, variations, value engineering, and final cost control.

Site, contractors, and clients

• Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers through tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise operations to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, materials, and workmanship standards.
• Hold progress meetings, provide weekly updates, handle client changes, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, safety protocols, and UAE environmental requirements or equivalents.
• Mitigate risks, resolve issues and disputes, oversee site safety, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and profitability.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years of construction project management experience, including 5–7 years in residential or villa construction.
• Luxury or custom high-end villa experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record delivering ground-up villa projects or high-end residential homes on time and within budget.
