Project delivery
- Lead multiple projects and/or workstreams concurrently with clear priorities, actions, and ownership.
- Represent the company and client with consultants, operators, contractors, and authorities.
- Drive design management and fit-out from brief and concept through tender, construction, handover, and close-out.
- Integrate programme, budget, quality, procurement, risk, and stakeholder requirements into a coordinated delivery plan.
- Identify issues early, develop solutions, and push decisions to closure before they become critical.
- Provide concise, accurate, decision-oriented reporting for senior leadership.
Experience and project qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years in project management or project delivery.
- Strong experience with a leading regional or international PM practice and/or a major regional or international fit-out or main contractor.
- Proven design-management and fit-out delivery capability, including consultant coordination, tendering, and site delivery.
- Hospitality experience covering hotels, F&B, guestrooms, public areas, branded residences, or comparable high-quality interiors.
Education, language, and tools
- Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction/project management.
- Excellent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong MS Office and MS Project skills.
- Aconex or Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and AutoCAD are preferred.
