We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead software implementation projects and ensure successful delivery from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to delivery.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of project management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing software or ERP/HRMS projects is an advantage.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
