Overview
- **Planning and Strategy Development:** Define project objectives, create roadmaps, establish timelines, and develop detailed project plans including budgets and resource allocation
- **Team Leadership and Coordination:** Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members to achieve project goals
- **Budget and Resource Management:** Monitor costs, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure the project stays within financial limits
- **Risk Identification and Mitigation:** Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and implement strategies to minimize project disruptions
- **Stakeholder Communication:** Serve as the central point of contact between stakeholders, upper management, and project teams, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment
- **Quality Assurance and Documentation:** Ensure deliverables meet required standards, maintain project documentation, and track performance metrics
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per hour
