This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Project Manager at Blitz Creative Production.
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project activities, ensuring timeliness and alignment with objectives.
Responsibilities include managing project schedules, handling logistics, expediting tasks and deliverables, conducting inspections, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
The role requires effective communication and problem-solving to address potential challenges and ensure seamless execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in processes to ensure timely delivery of project components
- Strong Project Management skills with a proven ability to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables effectively
- Experience in Inspection to ensure quality standards and compliance
- Expertise in logistics Management, including coordination of transportation and supply chain processes
- Highly developed organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing cross-functional teams and client relationships
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in creative production, events is a must.
