Project Manager

We are looking for a

to take full ownership of our interior fit-out projects from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone with a background as a

who has the capability to independently manage project execution, coordinate all stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery.

· Manage projects from mobilization through handover.

· Plan, coordinate, and supervise site activities.

· Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

· Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and community management.

· Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.

· Prepare project reports and progress updates.

· Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in interior fit-out project management.

· Proven experience handling projects independently.

· Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

· Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals.

· Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
