The Role

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize metal fabrication projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a project manager in the metal fabrication industry or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management software tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, standards, and safety regulations is highly desirable.
