Studio Meshary AlNassar seeks a certified Project Manager with architecture and interior design understanding, strong organisation, and a polished client-facing presence.
The role leads project coordination, manages stakeholder relationships, and represents the Studio professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project progress, production, execution, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers; manage timelines, priorities, and overall coordination.
- Lead initial client meetings, introduce the Studio, and represent it with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Identify and resolve project issues; manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate solutions where required.
Candidate requirements
- Background in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
- Recognised project management certification, such as PMP or equivalent, is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and organisation; detail-oriented, assertive, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; confident in client-facing situations.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Attested educational certificates with MOHESR recognition or equivalency, where applicable.
