About The Role
The Senior Project Manager (DDM) is the primary client-facing lead for a regional automotive Data-Driven Marketing programme operating across multiple markets.
At its core, the programme is a Digital MarTech Ecosystem designed to power premium customer experiences and sales enablement for a leading regional automotive brand — spanning CRM, digital engagement, and data activation across markets.
This role is responsible for owning the client relationship and working closely with the brand's local market teams — driving adoption, maintaining momentum, and ensuring that the programme is continuously delivering value.
The Senior PM combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution: running structured weekly cadences, leading onboarding and training sessions, building compelling collateral, and proactively identifying opportunities to expand the programme's reach and impact.
Operating as an embedded extension of the client's marketing ecosystem, this person must be commercially sharp, meticulously organised, and deeply invested in the success of the programme.
They must be able to manage multiple markets simultaneously without dropping the ball — always across the detail while keeping the bigger picture firmly in view.
They report directly to the Director of C2 Native and are a core point of escalation and accountability for both the client and the internal team.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and all local market marketing teams across multiple geographies, building trusted, long-term working relationships with stakeholders at every level.
- Lead and facilitate all regular client-facing touchpoints — weekly status calls, quarterly reviews, and executive stakeholder briefings — ensuring every interaction is structured, purposeful, and well-followed-up.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness across all markets; ensure stakeholders always feel informed, supported, and confident in the programme.
- Proactively surface insights, challenges, and opportunities from across markets and bring them to the client with structured recommendations.
- Champion market onboarding from first contact through to sign-off, contract setup, and invoicing activation.
Training & Capability Building
- Plan and lead structured training sessions for local market teams on programme tools, processes, and best practices.
- Develop clear, market-relevant training materials and toolkits in coordination with the tech and product team.
- Identify knowledge gaps or adoption barriers within markets and design targeted enablement responses.
- Track training attendance, completion, and competency levels across all markets.
Collateral, Reporting & Communications
- Own all client-facing documentation: progress reports, market update newsletters, pitch decks, and senior stakeholder presentations.
- Prepare and distribute structured meeting agendas, recap notes, and action item trackers following each client interaction — with zero gaps in follow-through.
- Maintain a consolidated view of programme status across markets using centralised dashboards and reporting tools.
- Deliver regular status updates to the Director, C2 Native Digital, flagging risks, wins, and escalations proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work in close coordination with the Project Manager, Tech and Product Teams to ensure that client needs are effectively translated into actionable requirements for the engineering and product team.
- Engage directly with the DDM Product and Engineering teams to communicate market priorities, review feature delivery, and provide structured feedback from the client.
- Coordinate with the client's internal functions (Digital, CRM, Sales) as required to unlock internal resources and resolve blockers.
- Act as a bridge between client expectations and technical realities — able to hold informed conversations with both sides without losing either.
Growth, Upsell & Market Research
- Identify opportunities to expand programme adoption across new and emerging markets and develop tailored pitch narratives to support onboarding.
- Build business cases for programme extensions, tool enhancements, or additional services in collaboration with the Director.
- Conduct market research on relevant use cases and emerging applications of the platform to inform client conversations and product direction.
- Carry out vendor research and manage initial outreach or contact with relevant third-party partners, tools, or solution providers as required.
- Maintain awareness of the client's broader marketing priorities to identify where the programme can contribute further strategic value.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in client services, programme management, or marketing technology — ideally in an agency or consultancy environment.
- Proven track record managing senior client relationships across multiple markets or geographies simultaneously.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; confident leading meetings and training sessions with C-level and senior marketing stakeholders.
- Commercially astute — comfortable identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to revenue growth conversations.
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of overall programme goals.
- Working knowledge of MarTech platforms and tools — CRM systems, marketing automation, CDPs, or data-driven marketing platforms. Does not need to be technical, but must understand how these systems work and what they enable.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred
- Presentable, personable, and switched on — confident operating as the face of the agency in client settings across diverse markets.
- Able to zoom out and hold the strategic picture while remaining rigorous about the details — nothing falls through the cracks.
