Lead the end-to-end execution of marine construction projects, covering planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
Oversee construction of marine infrastructure such as jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, revetments, dredging, and shoreline protection works.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress against key milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, port authorities, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth execution and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee marine projects from initiation to completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Develop and track progress against project milestones and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Liaise with port authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational challenges
- Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure productivity
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, including marine safety and offshore risks
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions
- Manage procurement and mobilization of marine equipment (barges, tugs, cranes, dredgers)
- Identify project risks (weather, tides, logistics) and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and regulations
- Lead, guide, and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum
- 08 years of experience
