Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Project Managers with strong expertise in ERP implementation projects, specifically in AP, AR, and ERP modules across SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
We have multiple requirements for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras AL Khaimah.
The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, implementation delivery, and ensuring successful project outcomes within timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects across multiple client environments.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery activities.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Drive implementation for modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and ERP systems.
- Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved effectively.
- Conduct requirement gathering, project status reviews, and risk assessments.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and client presentations.
- Handle client communication and provide regular project updates.
- Support post-implementation stabilization and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in ERP Project Management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, and ERP business processes.
- Experience managing client-facing implementation engagements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in E-Invoicing implementation/projects will be preferred.
- PMP or relevant project management certification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience working with UAE-based clients preferred.
