Role Description
The Project Manager role at Veni Vidi Amavi is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Project Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of luxury kitchen and wardrobe projects, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project plans, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication between clients, designers, suppliers, and installation teams.
The role involves handling logistics and expediting activities, reviewing inspection reports, resolving issues, and maintaining quality standards aligned with the brand’s commitment to excellence.
The Project Manager is expected to provide clear documentation, anticipate risks, and support continuous improvement in project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with the ability to plan, execute, and close multiple projects effectively.
- Experience in logistics and coordination, including Logistics Management and Expeditor responsibilities, to manage materials, deliveries, and schedules.
- Knowledge of inspection processes and standards, including Inspection, to ensure quality, compliance, and accurate reporting across all project phases.
- Background in interior design, architecture, construction, or luxury fit-out projects is highly beneficial.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with design and CAD-related documentation is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
