Project Manager - Drilling & Grouting

Activities: Lead and manage drilling and grouting projects, including anchors, micropiles, and ground improvement works, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Plan, organize, and oversee all site operations, including mobilization, resource allocation, and execution strategies.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and technical specifications are met.

Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and technical submittals related to drilling and grouting activities.

Monitor project progress, productivity, and performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Manage project budgets, track costs, and control expenditures to maintain profitability.

Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work quality and adherence to contractual terms.

Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and commercial risks.

Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Handle contractual matters, including variations, claims, and extensions of time.

Support tendering and business development activities by providing technical input and project planning expertise.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project activities.

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE policies on site.
