Key Responsibilities
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets across projects, programs, and portfolios, and develop insightful Power BI dashboards highlighting key performance indicators, risks, issues, and overall performance.
- Oversee the budgeting process, monitor cost tracking, and assess project cash flow. Identify underperformance in a timely manner, analyze root causes, and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper engagement and support for portfolio success.
- Manage and control projects using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture**.**
- Minimum of **10 years** of job-related experience.
- **PMP certification is mandatory.**
- Graphic and presentation design skills for executive reporting.
- Airport project experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Power BI and project performance reporting.
