Project Manager

Aria Holding is seeking a skilled Project Manager – Enterprise Applications to lead and deliver medium-complexity IT and business transformation projects across platforms such as ERP, CRM, HCM, ECM, and Microsoft 365.The role is responsible for ensuring structured project governance, effective stakeholder coordination, risk control, and timely delivery of initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational standards.

1. Project Planning SchedulingDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependenciesMaintain baseline schedules and manage changes effectivelyTrack progress, deliverables, and project performance2. Stakeholder Communication ManagementAct as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendorsConduct project meetings, steering committee reviews, and status updatesMaintain communication plans, meeting minutes, and action trackers3. Risk, Issue Change ManagementMaintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)Ensure timely risk mitigation and escalationManage change requests and assess impact on scope, cost, and timeline4. Budget Resource ManagementTrack project budgets, burn rates, and forecastsSupport resource allocation and utilization planningMonitor vendor invoices and milestone-based payments5. Testing, Go-Live HandoverCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training schedulesEnsure go-live readiness and smooth transition to operationsMonitor post go-live stabilization and support6.
