Position Title
Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Infrastructure & Roads)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Project Manager (Civil Engineer) with 15–20 years of proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and road construction projects.
The ideal candidate must have substantial experience working on Saudi Aramco-approved projects and possess a strong track record in project planning, execution, quality control, stakeholder management, and successful project delivery within budget and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage infrastructure and road construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Saudi Aramco Project Management experience is mandatory.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in civil engineering and construction.
- At least 10 years in a Project Manager role overseeing major infrastructure and road projects.
- Proven experience managing Saudi Aramco projects.
