Role overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor real estate projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables; monitor progress and milestone schedules.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and delays; ensure quality, cost, and timeline requirements are met.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate project planning and execution.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE or Dubai real estate experience is preferred.
• PMP or a relevant project management certification is an advantage.
