Role overview
Freelance Project Manager role supporting construction, painting, joinery, or fit-out projects in the UAE.
Work type is stated as freelance and commission-based.
Responsibilities
- Identify and bring new project opportunities to the company.
- Develop relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and main contractors.
- Coordinate project quotations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Manage and monitor project execution from start to completion.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and according to client requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in construction, painting, joinery, or fit-out projects in the UAE.
- Strong networking and client relationship skills.
- Ability to bring in new projects and business opportunities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in project management and site coordination.
Compensation
- Commission-based payment is linked to successfully secured and completed projects.
- Commission structure will be discussed based on project scope and value.
- The posting also lists pay of AED 1–1,000 per month.
