Qualifications
- 5–7 years in project coordination or electrical field leadership as a Foreman/Lead
- Strong experience with scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Confident communicator and team leader
- Proficiency with construction/project management software
- License/Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)
- Associate's degree in Construction Management/Engineering OR Journeyman/Master License

- Work Location: Belcamp Office / Hybrid – Flexibility required to travel to our Dundalk headquarters weekly as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR (preferred)
- Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (based upon experience) + bonus opportunity
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from startup through completion
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and job costs
- Oversee billing, change orders, and financial performance
- Support field teams with timely communication and planning
- Build strong client relationships and represent Dvorak professionally
- Enforce safety and quality standards across all assigned projects
- Directly supervise Project Assistants and support team development
- Utilize Vista, ProjectSight, and Trimble to maintain job information and reporting
