Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for delivering landmark projects?
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large mixed-use construction projects in the Gulf region.
In this role, you will guide teams, manage project delivery, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major mixed-use construction projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall performance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve project challenges effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead project commissioning and handover activities.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Build and motivate high-performing project teams.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience.
- At least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager with a contracting company.
- Experience managing major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 million or above.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf region.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, commissioning, operations, site safety, quality management, and project coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
