Overview
Project Leadership: Oversee and manage full lifecycle construction and finishing projects from inception to successful handover.
Resource & Timeline Management: Direct project teams, sub-contractors, and site engineers while strictly monitoring project schedules, budgets, and cash flows.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact to facilitate seamless communication between clients (owners), consultants, and sub-contractors.
Quality & Compliance: Guarantee that all execution on-site adheres to elite quality standards, safety regulations, and approved engineering designs.
Financial & Contractual Oversight: Supervise project contracts, monthly progress invoices (interim payment certificates), quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive periodic progress reports, executive summaries, and recovery plans to upper management.
