Project delivery

• Plan and control schedules, milestones, manpower, equipment, and materials; monitor progress and implement recovery plans when needed.
• Manage structural, civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, BOQ, method statements, and authority requirements.
• Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and labour; monitor procurement, deliveries, productivity, costs, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate Nakheel and Trakhees approvals, permits, NOCs, inspections, technical submissions, testing and commissioning, snagging, and project close-out.
• Attend project meetings and submit weekly and monthly progress reports.

Mandatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and a G+12 certificate or qualification.
• Minimum 8–12 years of construction experience; strong UAE experience is preferred.
• Experience managing G+12 or similar multi-storey building projects.
• Practical knowledge of Nakheel approval/NOC procedures and Trakhees CED/EHS requirements.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and clients; knowledge of UAE construction, HSE, and quality requirements.
• Ability to manage a project independently from mobilization through handover.

Tools and preferred experience

• Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Al Furjan project experience is highly preferred; priority is given to candidates who have completed G+12 or higher projects in Dubai and handled Nakheel and Trakhees approvals.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 10,000–15,000 per month.

• Full-time role; work location is in person in Al Furjan, Dubai.
