Qualifications
- 5+ Years in Construction Project Management, engineering degree a plus.
- Background in mechanical systems or construction. HVAC preferred but not required.
- Proficient with standard computer software and ability to learn manufacturer-specific software programs.
- Compensation/Benefits/Schedule:
- Full Time Position
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year DOE
- Performance Bonus Comp Plan
- Substantial Benefits Package
- Regular Business Hours are typically 8am to 5pm including a lunch break. Early out option on Fridays. Expectations are that hours will shift/expand to meet position objectives and client needs.
- Health and dental insurance benefits, HSA plan, begin immediately upon hire.
- Additional benefits (matching 401K, Paid Time off) begin after 6 months on the job.
