Job Title: Project Manager – Command & Control Centres

Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber

Project Manager

specializing in the design and implementation of

Command & Control Centres (Ccc)

and

Mission Critical Environments

.

You will lead the delivery of state-of-the-art control rooms, ensuring the seamless integration of large-scale visualization, communication, and security systems.

Core Responsibilities

  • **Project Lifecycle Management:**
  • End-to-end ownership of Command Centre projects, from site survey and design to final commissioning and handover.
  • **Complex System Integration:**
  • Lead the integration of Video Walls (LED/LCD), Console Furniture, KVM systems, and Unified Communication platforms.
  • **Technical Oversight:**
  • Ensure all IT, AV, and ELV components are synchronized for 24/7 operational reliability.
  • **Stakeholder Coordination:**
  • Act as the primary liaison between government/corporate clients, architects, and technical engineering teams.
  • **Regulatory Compliance:**
  • Ensure all deployments meet UAE-specific security and safety standards (e.g., SIRA, MCC, or Civil Defense).
  • **Experience & Requirements**
  • **Seniority:**

Minimum

7+ years

of hands-on Project Management experience within the

Uae

  • .
  • **Domain Expertise:**
  • Proven track record in delivering

Control Room And Noc And Soc

  • projects.
  • **System Integration Mastery:**
  • Deep understanding of System Integration (SI) workflows, signal management, and control system logic.
  • **Leadership:**
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and specialized subcontractors under tight deadlines.
  • **Qualifications:**
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
