Previous project management experience on healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate environment construction projects.

Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project contracts, scheduling, and cost control.

Proven ability to manage day‐to‐day project operations, documentation, procurement, and subcontractor performance.

Proficiency with project management platforms and scheduling tools.

Excellent communication, organization, contract knowledge, and problem‐solving skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic project environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
