- Monitor project progress, budget, and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Lead site teams and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Manage procurement and material delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Prepare progress reports, project documentation, variations, and claims.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure successful project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover.
