Project Responsibilities
- Analyze project documents and prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tenders.
- Plan, manage, and monitor projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Coordinate site activities, manpower, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress against planned targets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor project costs, variations, procurement requirements, and resource utilization.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct or participate in progress meetings and prepare regular project status reports.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements, HSE standards, and applicable regulations.
- Manage project documentation, approvals, inspections, testing, and final handover.
