- Prepare and manage project budgets
- Monitor project expenditures and cash flow. Control costs and minimize budget overruns
- Review contractor claims and payment certificates
- Monitor construction progress and productivity
- Resolve technical and operational issues on-site
- Ensure resources, materials, and manpower are available
- Review contracts, specifications, and tender documents
- Manage procurement schedules and vendor selection
- Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
