Role overview

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; the education section separately lists a bachelor's as preferred.
• 15–20 years of UAE civil construction experience and proven Project Manager experience.
• Mandatory proven experience in large-scale masterplan developments, townhouses, or villas.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, contracts, and commercial practices.
• Understanding of project planning, cost control, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
• Leadership, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver under tight deadlines; UAE construction experience is also described as highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction projects from commencement through successful completion; develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments; review drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and technical requirements.
• Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules; monitor progress, productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, commercial, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams; monitor costs, variations, claims, and commercial performance.
• Identify delays, risks, and technical issues and implement corrective actions; manage subcontractor performance.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE, and UAE regulatory compliance; review reports, method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, snagging, commissioning, and final handover; maintain client and consultant relationships.
• Deliver projects within approved budgets, schedules, quality, and safety requirements.

Compensation and employment

• Full-time, permanent role.
• The description gives a salary range of 20–25k and separately states pay up to AED 38,000 per month.
