Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Must have a UAE driving license.
- Strong working knowledge of villas in Dubai.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee site work and assist the project engineer with work execution.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
- Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with the client and stakeholders.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing project documents.
Education
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
