Role overview
The Project Manager is responsible for executing data centre projects on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV works.
- Oversee MEP design development, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, structural, architectural, IT, and specialist systems.
- Review contractor programmes, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, codes, and data centre performance requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, testing, commissioning, risks, procurement, and long-lead items.
- Coordinate UPS, generators, transformers, cooling, BMS, fire protection, and associated critical infrastructure.
- Resolve technical, design, interface, and construction issues; lead integrated testing and final handover.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and specialist vendors; support the Project Director and MEP team.

- Basic understanding of data centre infrastructure and MEP systems.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
