Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant practical business experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive professional experience in business operations, project management, process improvement, business analysis, or a related field, including substantial practical business experience.
  • Experience managing projects or cross-functional initiatives, including coordinating stakeholders, deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
  • Experience collaborating across business functions and utilizing business analysis, process mapping, project management, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Demonstrated strengths in business process analysis, process improvement, project management, requirements development, future-state solution design, or related disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise business systems, with the aptitude to understand system functionality, integrations, data flows, and business impacts.
  • Experience in a complex, multi-location, or growing organization preferred.

  • Demonstrated understanding of how business processes, people, systems, and data interact to support organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with the curiosity to question assumptions and identify underlying business challenges.
  • Sound business judgment and the ability to evaluate opportunities and decisions from an enterprise-wide perspective.
  • Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives while maintaining accountability for commitments and results.
  • Excellent communication, listening, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across organizational levels without direct authority.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to producing accurate, clear, and useful documentation.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a willingness to learn, explore new approaches, and operate effectively in evolving environments.
  • Certificates
  • Professional certifications in project management, business analysis, or process improvement (such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent credentials) preferred
