Project Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
Role Overview
The Project Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics is responsible for leading cross-functional projects while leveraging data analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven insights to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
This role combines project management expertise with strong analytical capabilities to drive strategic initiatives, develop actionable insights, and support data-driven decision making across the organization.
The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, develop executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions, and partner with business leaders to translate operational challenges into measurable improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business intelligence, data analytics, operations, or related roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong background in business analytics, reporting, and performance management.
- Experience working with large datasets and developing executive dashboards.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Strong SQL and data visualization capabilities.
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools and automation technologies.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and reporting architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience supporting Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Engineering organizations.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.
- Experience developing predictive analytics or machine learning solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).

- The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
- For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
