Role overview

Project delivery and coordination

• Lead reciprocating compressor package projects from order intake through final client handover; ensure contractual, technical, schedule, quality and financial targets are met.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as primary customer contact, resolve issues, lead project reviews and provide progress updates and contractual discussions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across countries and time zones, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics and field service.
• Manage scope, variations, claims, contractual obligations and project risks; protect profitability through commercial management and change control.
• Support invoicing milestones, cash collection and financial forecasting.
• Oversee procurement and supplier performance; monitor manufacturing and coordinate inspections, quality control, factory acceptance tests and shipment readiness.
• Ensure timely equipment and documentation delivery and compliance with quality standards, customer specifications and applicable industry requirements.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement across the project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar education; at least 3 years of experience in a similar business.
• Business-fluent English at contractual level, orally and in writing.
• Available to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Able to independently learn application-oriented tasks through relevant literature and theoretical study.
• Team player who is quality-oriented, highly motivated and self-driven, and focused on successful project delivery.

Advantageous qualifications

• MBA or PMP certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment or related processes is beneficial.
