Project Manager – Aluminium & Glass / Façade

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate aluminium, glass, façade, curtain wall, cladding, doors, and windows projects.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and schedules.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, and manpower.
• Complete projects within approved time and budget.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and client coordination.
• Resolve site and technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the UAE.
• Strong experience in aluminium and glass or façade works is mandatory.
• Experience with curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and aluminium doors and windows.
• Good knowledge of project planning, execution, and coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Compensation

• AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.

Work Location

• The role is performed in person in Dubai.
