Summary of the Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Test both technical project management skills and people skills.
• Oversee the critical planning, communications, decisions, management, and actions connected to the project.
• Responsible for all activity related to the contract, risk management, project preparation, project execution, and project control.
• Opportunity to oversee projects of progressive scale and complexity as ability is demonstrated.
• Opportunity to handle international and even global projects, with durations ranging from days to years.

What You'll Need

• Project Management at expert level: project preparation, quality, project structures, planning, risk management, contracts, costs & finance, practice interviews, project execution, leadership, teamwork & communication, conflicts & negotiations.
• English, fluent proficiency verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or qualification in Project Management.
• Evidence of experience as a Project Manager with principles, methodologies, and tools.
• 7-10 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager, preferably in heavy lifting, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, mining industries.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Sound financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
• Flexible to travel and work on different project sites based on project requirements.
