Sharkhood Tech is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the development and growth of
Compero
, our AI-powered food aggregation and price comparison platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving product execution, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Compero platform.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with product, development, UI/UX, marketing, and business teams.
- Track project performance, KPIs, and product milestones.
- Identify risks and implement effective solutions.
- Support strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives across the GCC region.
- Ensure successful delivery of product features and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology, startups, or digital platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team management.
- Understanding of mobile applications, AI solutions, and digital marketplaces is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
