Overview
We are hiring for Project Manager – Locally available in Qatar only
Qatar
Duration: Till March 2028 & extendable (Based on project)
Experience
10–17 Years (At least 5 years of experience working in different agile projects)
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Agile implementations and variations like Scrum, Kanban, Lean and identify what suits best for the team
- Experience of successfully delivering projects while working with ambitious deadlines and high frequency releases
- Has successfully led at least one product development team
- Working knowledge of implementing agile at various levels of maturity
- Working knowledge of Airline domains will be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Experience in working with multiple teams and facilitating scrum of scrums and its variations
- Ensures on-time, on-budget and quality delivery by recognizing dependencies early and resolving them effectively
- Coaching and mentoring skills with focus on empathy and engagement
- Strong conflict resolution skills with proven track record of working with diverse teams
- Motivator with great work ethics
