Project Manager
Role Overview
Lead execution of medium-sized projects in Electrification Distribution Solutions.
Report to the Project Operations Manager.
Work with external end users, contractors, and consultants, as well as ABB local units and factories.

Role overview
Lead execution of medium-sized projects in Electrification Distribution Solutions.
Report to the Project Operations Manager.
Work with external end users, contractors, and consultants, as well as ABB local units and factories.
The work model is onsite.
Project delivery responsibilities
- Lead project teams and establish execution approaches, planning, monitoring, and resource controls.
- Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and project financials.
- Manage project risks and pursue identified opportunities.
- Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment.
- Ensure execution follows best practices and ABB policies.
- Use scheduling techniques and earned value methods to manage schedule risks, critical paths, and project float.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of project management experience and a strong record of leading teams and achieving project objectives.
- Master’s degree in engineering.
- Highly skilled in project management methodologies and tools, including complex project and stakeholder coordination.
- English communication skills.
- Experience across Utility, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and other segments is cited as relevant.
