Project delivery and stakeholders
- Lead project delivery from initiation through implementation and closure; create plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders, and monitor progress against plans.
- Coordinate technical, operational, commercial, and external stakeholders; facilitate meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
- Update senior leadership on progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Identify risks, issues, and constraints; prepare mitigation and contingency plans, escalate critical issues, and recommend solutions.
Resources, governance, and vendors
- Coordinate resources, track expenditures, and monitor project performance against approved plans and budgets.
- Maintain project governance standards, documentation, and reporting frameworks; improve project management methods and practices.
- Support change management and user adoption when required.
- Manage vendors, consultants, and implementation partners; ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and contractual requirements.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 5 years managing complex digital projects and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, execution, budget management, and project reporting experience.
- Experience in renewable energy, solar energy, telecommunications, fintech, or technology-driven organizations; experience with digital transformation, systems implementation, or operational improvement projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Languages and technology
- English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Advanced MS Office skills are requested.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is listed.
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is listed.
