Project Manager

Qualifications

• Possesses at least one of the following: B.Sc. Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related technical degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project controls, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience in a project-based environment.
• Candidate must be located in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or central Virginia.
• Flexible with travel, which can be expected to be up to 30% across the region (PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, VA).
• Travel expectations consist of mainly day trips with occasional overnight visits depending on project needs.
• Be flexible regarding working overtime and non-business hours when required.
• Employee will be associated with and report to either Grantek's Allentown, PA or Richmond, VA office.
