Project Manager

Role summary

Delivery management

• Define scope, delivery plans, timelines, milestones, resource needs, and success criteria.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, and quality metrics; drive issue resolution and change management.
• Coordinate releases, production deployments, and post-go-live support.

Technical and team coordination

• Work with architects, developers, data engineers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Review technical designs, integrations, APIs, data flows, and implementation strategies.
• Translate business requirements into workstreams, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholders and Agile delivery

• Lead Agile ceremonies and partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical stakeholders; manage expectations across distributed teams, vendors, and clients.
• Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
